Keep getting ntoskrnl.exe BSOD

Have been getting this issue recently and it keeps happening more often.

I tried all the suggestions (driver update, sfc scannow, etc) but it doesn't help.

I'm worried that this is a CPU issue, i tested both RAM sticks with Windows Memory Diagnostics and both clean.
