   Install the latest Bing app version, then restart the iPad and try again.
3. Try a different browser or device
   If the QR code keeps opening a browser page on the iPad, try redeeming from another browser, a PC, or another mobile device.
4. Clear browser cache/cookies
   Then sign in again and retry the redemption.
5. Avoid VPN or proxy connections
   Rewards redemption can fail or behave unexpectedly when a VPN or proxy is in use.
6. Try a different network
   Switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data if available.

If the iPad still opens only the verification entry page after those steps, use another updated mobile device for the Verify with the Bing app option, or contact Microsoft Rewards Support.
