I have been trying to reschedule my az-104 exam but it keeps saying this website "https://wsr.pearsonvue.com/testtaker/sso/Integration.htm" took too long to respond. I don't want to lose this.

If the exam is within 24 hours, act immediately.

    1. Try rescheduling from the Learn profile instead of the direct Pearson VUE page:
      • Sign in to the Learn profile.
      • Open Profile from the avatar menu.
      • Go to Credentials > Certifications.
      • Find the exam appointment and select Reschedule.
      • This redirects to the exam delivery provider site.
    2. If the site still times out, contact Pearson VUE Support right away. Existing exam appointments can be rescheduled or canceled through the certification dashboard or by contacting Pearson VUE Support.
    3. If the issue is specifically with Microsoft certification scheduling, use Microsoft Certification Support / Microsoft Training Support Forum for assistance.

    Important policy details:

    • Exam appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam, or the fee may be forfeited.
    • For offer-based exams, if enough notice is not provided before rescheduling, a fee can apply, and if enough notice is not provided before canceling, the free exam offer can be forfeited.

This is a community forum not support, contact Pearson Vue, the exam provider, https://www.pearsonvue.com/us/en/microsoft.html#customer-service, for issues when scheduling an exam
