SC-300 exam appointment on September 26, 2026 not appearing in Certifications tab, unable to reschedule

Hello, I booked the SC-300 (Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator) exam through Pearson VUE for September 26, 2026 at 8:00 AM CDT. I am signed into Microsoft Learn with the same Microsoft account I used for the booking, but the appointment does not appear under Credentials, Certifications, so I have no Reschedule option. Pearson VUE support confirmed that only Microsoft can link the registration to the Learn profile. I have my Pearson VUE Registration ID and Microsoft Certification ID and can share them privately if a moderator needs them. How can I get the appointment linked to my profile? Thank you.
