Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I participated in the AI Skills Fest 2026 in June. I successfully completed the learning playlist and filled out the voucher claim form during the event week.

On June 17, 2026, I received the official completion badge on Credly issued by Microsoft. However, I never received the email containing the exam discount voucher from Pearson VUE / MindHub (I have thoroughly checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders).

Since I satisfied all the challenge criteria within the official timeframe, I would appreciate your help in verifying my completion record and issuing the corresponding exam voucher.

    However, it is far too late now as all AI Skills Fest exam vouchers had to be used by August 18th and support will not be able to assist.

Learners who contacted Microsoft Support regarding voucher availability or voucher expiration on or before September 1st, 2026 may be eligible for an exception review. If you already have an open support case, no further action is required at this time. Support requests submitted after September 1st, 2026 will not be considered under this exception process.
