change name as not matched of id and the dp-600 main form i had filled that is Karan and Karan Fauzdar respectively.

yesterday i have my microsoft dp-600 examination where according to my id ,the name is Karan instead i had filled Karan Fauzdar in main form of microsoft as it was showing surname is mandatory to fill now my exam had been cancelled i have rescheduled it for 22 its a humble request to you to kindly change my name from Karan Fauzdar to Karan.
