Where is my lifetime Office Home & Business 2021 for Mac license?

I purchased a lifetime Office Home & Business 2021 for Mac license. It is under my purchase history including order number, but there is no download link. Where can I download it? The app disappeared from my mac after a restart.

    Hi @Lisa Wells

    Since the order appears in your purchase history but has no download link, you can use Microsoft’s official Office 2021 for Mac installer. After installation, open Word or Excel and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the purchase. Office should detect the associated one-time license. Also check whether Office Home & Business 2021 appears under Services & subscriptions, as this is where the usable license should normally be listed, not only the payment receipt.

    If the product is missing there as well, please contact Microsoft Support and provide the order number. Support will need to verify or restore the license association.
