Excel is running slow

Coping & pasting info & formulas is running extremly long.

I have tried small amounts of data with the same results.

Moving the cursor around is stop & go

    A few questions:

    1. Does this happen in all Excel workbooks or just one specific file?
    2. Could you let me know which version of Office you’re using (Office 2024, 2021, 2019, 2016 or Microsoft 365)? That will help me determine the appropriate next steps.
    3. When did the issue start, and did Excel work normally before?
    4. Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps, such as restarting your PC or opening Excel in Safe Mode?
