Hi!

I just asked for a free trial for Azure, introduced my financial data, received the message that I can sign in to my Azure Account, but I get a sign-in failed. What must I do to take advantage of my Azure account and continue to learn about Azure AI Studio.

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Use a private browsing window and sign in again.
      • Edge: open the three-dot menu next to the profile picture, select New InPrivate window, then sign in to the Azure portal.
      • Chrome: use Incognito mode.
      • Safari: use File > New Private Window.
    2. Clear browser cache and cookies, then try again.
      • Edge: Settings > Privacy and Services > Clear Browsing Data. Make sure Browsing history, Download history, Cookies, and Cached images and files are selected, then choose Delete.
      • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.
    3. If the browser is automatically signing in with the wrong account, verify the correct account and directory are being used.
      • This can happen when more than one account is used in the same browser.
      • In the Azure portal, select the account at the top-right corner and confirm the correct Azure directory is selected.
    4. If the issue started right after account creation, verify the Microsoft account details used during sign-up.
      • Sign in to the Microsoft account center.
      • Open Your info.
      • Confirm billing and shipping details are completed and valid.
      • Confirm the credit card billing address matches the bank records.
      • If needed, try sign-up or sign-in again from a different browser.
    5. If the problem is with the Microsoft account itself, run the Microsoft account Sign-in Helper. It checks the email address or mobile number used for sign-in and identifies account problems.
    6. If Azure portal sign-in still fails, create a support request using the Azure sign-in help path for users who can’t sign in to the portal.
