If the Microsoft 365 installation only shows "Retry" after you uninstalled Office and tried reinstalling it, it is usually caused by a failed previous installation, network issues, or leftover Office files.
After uninstalling Office, please restart Windows 10 before attempting another installation.
Microsoft provides a tool that completely removes Office remnants that normal uninstall may leave behind.
Download it here and follow the guidance in the article: Office uninstall with the command line version of Get Help - Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn

If it still failed to install even on the new profile, then for a last shot, using [ODT to install Office](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-apps/admin-center/overview-office-customization-tool. This may take some more steps as it requires to use Commands, but mostly it can help to install Office successfully as it works from backend stage which may get least affected by other programs.
