Assuming that you are not talking about the recent problem with Outlook for Mac version 16.113

Could you please provide some more details on what you trying to fix. e.g. You have added a new email account but it does not show up? Or try explaining your problem in a different way to help me understand. If this is about the user interface, a screen shot would be helpful. (Be sure and redact any personal information or full email addresses).

If the goal is to see all email accounts together when Outlook for Mac opens, use the unified inbox view:

In Outlook for Mac, go to Mail.
In the left pane, find All Accounts.
If All Accounts is collapsed, select the drop-down arrow to expand it.
Select Inbox under All Accounts.

That view shows email from all added accounts in one inbox.

If an email address is missing entirely, add the account:

On the Mac toolbar, select Tools > Accounts.
Select Add an account (+) > New Account.
Complete the prompts to add the account.

If separate inboxes are showing and the grouped view is not wanted, Outlook for Mac also has a sidebar setting:

Select Outlook > Preferences.
Under Personal Settings, select General.
Under Sidebar, clear Show all mail account folders if separate account folders are preferred.
