Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 10
One very useful test is to connect the PC to a phone hotspot. If Microsoft immediately works there, the problem is most likely with the router, ISP, or DNS service rather than Windows itself.
Please let me know what you find out, so we can continue to narrow it down.
Does it work when connecting to a different network?
Hi EmilyS726, I'm using the Brave browser, which works, but it won't open Windows 10. The server IP address for microsoftedge.microsoft.com couldn't be found.

Since Brave works, but Edge doesn't, this looks more like a DNS problem than a general Internet connection problem.
Please open Command Prompt and run these command one at a time.
nslookup microsoftedge.microsoft.com
nslookup microsoftedge.microsoft.com 1.1.1.1
Please post the results from both commands. This will tell me whether the problem is with the DNS server your PC/router is currently using or something local on Windows.
I followed the command twice as you suggested and rebooted twice, but it’s still broken.
Drega, if you read my instructions carefully, my commands were NOT meant to serve as a solution, so I didn't expect it to work yet.
I was asking that you run the commands and then share the results of the commands, what the commands show after you run them in the Command Prompt window. The purpose is to examine/review so we can figure out what's wrong before I can even suggest solutions.
Not all troubleshooting provides a solution right away, oftentimes it is a process to figure out what's wrong first.
So if you don't mind, please share the screenshot of each command result.

That result is good. microsoftedge.microsoft.com is resolving correctly through Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1) to both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.
So it is not a basic DNS failure. Could be specific to Edge/Secure DNS.
In command prompt, run this command and show me what it says
curl -I https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com
Also in Edge, put this in the address bar
Search for Use secure DNS and temporarily turn it off, then completely close and reopen Edge. Test again.
