Welcome Ali Imran,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A.
To better understand the issue, could you please confirm:
- What is the exact error message shown on the screen?
- Which Windows version is installed (Windows 10, Windows 11, or an older version)?
- Does the PC ever reach the Windows desktop, or does it always stop at the disk error?
- Approximately how long does the "disk error" check run before Automatic Repair disappears?
In the meantime, please try the following:
Step 1: Force Windows Recovery Environment
- Turn on the PC.
- When the Toshiba logo appears, hold the power button until the PC turns off.
- Repeat this process 3 times.
- On the next startup, select Advanced options when Windows Recovery appears.
Step 2: Run Startup Repair
- Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options
- Select Startup Repair
- Let Windows complete the repair and restart the PC.
