    Hello,

Could you please check if there are any unusual activity in your Microsoft account?

    https://account.live.com/Activity

Usually, if you aren’t receiving any emails and all of your emails have been deleted, it is possible that someone accessed your account, deleted those emails, and added email forwarding rules so that all of your incoming emails may be forwarded to that address.

You can check the email forwarding rules by signing in with your Microsoft account here-

    https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/forwarding

    • If you see that the emails are being forwarded to another address, click 'Do not forward'.

Then, check the 'Deleted items folder' to see whether you can recover those deleted emails from your inbox. If you see all your emails there, you can restore them to the 'Inbox' folder.

To see whether it is a sync or network issue,

    • Open an incognito tab in any web browser and sign in to Outlook Online with your Microsoft account.
    • See whether all of your inbox emails are present.

If you notice any unusual activity -

    • Sign in to the security settings page of your Microsoft account: https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage
    • Change your Microsoft account password. (Make sure you set a stronger one.
    • Enable two-factor authentication and set up Authenticator to verify your identity.
    • Sign out of your account from all sessions (Click Sign out everywhere on the page).
