Az800 cannot see the certificate

For AZ-800, passing the exam does not automatically give a certificate by itself. AZ-800 is only part of the requirements for Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, which requires both AZ-800 and AZ-801.

What to check:

1. Confirm whether AZ-801 has also been passed.
   • If not, the certification certificate will not appear yet.
2. Check the exam details page for AZ-800. It states that AZ-800 is part of the requirements for the certification.
3. If the exam pass is missing from the Learn profile, verify the correct Learn account is being used.
   • Try any other Microsoft account or work/school account that may have been used during exam registration.
4. If the exam or credential is still missing from the profile, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
5. To view certificates after the certification is fully earned, open the Certification Dashboard and use View Certificates.

If only AZ-800 was passed yesterday, the expected result is seeing the passed exam, not the full certification certificate.
