microsoft rewards account suspended _ need help submitting a support ticket.

hello , my microsoft rewards account was recently suspended. i am trying to cantact microsoft rewards suport to appeal this decision, but i am unable to submit a ticket through the standard rewards support form. could a community moderaator or support agent please assist me in getting my acccount reviewed or guide me on how to open a valid ticket for an account suspension? thank you

    Hello,

    If the rewards form is greyed out and you can’t submit the ticket, here's what you can try:

    1. Try another browser or device, and visit the Microsoft Rewards support request webpage to see if you can submit the form.
    2. If you still have issues, try private browsing mode (incognito mode) and connect your device to another Wi-Fi network, such as a mobile hotspot. Then go to the rewards support page to submit the request.

    Alternatively, open an incognito tab, 'sign in with a different Microsoft account' by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, and submit a request for the account that is currently suspended.

    Note - Microsoft takes account security and privacy very seriously. So manual verification methods aren't available for account-related issues. Even if you contact Microsoft support, you’ll be redirected to the Microsoft Rewards request page to submit it.
