    Try these checks in order:

    1. Confirm the correct account is being used.
      • Copilot can use different account types depending on where it is accessed.
      • For Copilot on the web, sign in with the same account that works on the laptop and phone.
      • If the tablet is signed in with a different account, use the account switcher and sign in again with the correct personal Microsoft account, Apple ID, or Google Account.
    2. If using the browser on the Fire tablet, open Copilot in the browser and sign in again.
      • Copilot is available in a modern web browser at copilot.com.
      • If the sign-in page appears but access fails, make sure the browser allows third-party cookies. License validation in Microsoft 365 web apps requires third-party cookies.
    3. Check browser cookie settings.
      • In Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > ensure Allow third-party cookies is selected.
      • In Edge: Settings and More > Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > ensure Block third-party cookies is Off.
      • In Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select Custom and ensure Cookies is unchecked.
      • In Safari on macOS: under Privacy, ensure cross-site tracking prevention and cookie blocking are not enabled.
    4. If the issue happens only with Microsoft 365 files, verify the file location.
      • Copilot may show validation errors when a file is stored in a third-party storage location.
      • Move or copy the file to OneDrive or SharePoint, then try again.
    5. If the tablet is using the updated Copilot experience and content or sign-in looks inconsistent, restart the app or refresh the page.
      • Also verify the same sign-in method is being used as before. If the account was previously linked through Google or Apple, use the same sign-in option again.
    6. If the problem continues, report it from Copilot.
      • In the Copilot app, select the ellipsis () in the upper-right corner.
      • Select Send feedback > Report a problem.
      • Include when the issue started, the device, operating system, and a screenshot.
    7. If the issue is a Copilot license validation error and the steps above do not fix it:
      • Home users should contact Support.
      • Business users should check with the Microsoft 365 admin.

    Hello sarfraz hussain,

Sorry you’re running into this, especially since Copilot was working normally on the Fire tablet earlier.

Could you clarify how you normally access Copilot on the Fire tablet:

    • through a Copilot app, or
    • through the Fire tablet’s web browser?

Also, what exactly happens when you try to sign in now? If there is an error message, please share the exact wording or a screenshot.

Since Copilot still works on your laptop and phone, I’d first narrow down what is failing specifically on the Fire tablet before changing anything with your Microsoft account or subscription.
