Transfer of the certificate to a personal account

I took the MB-800 exam and signed in to the Microsoft Learn platform using my company account. I was recently laid off and no longer have access to this account, which means I am unable to renew or manage my certification.

My company account has now been deleted, so I cannot sign in to it anymore.

Could you please advise me on how I can resolve this issue? Is it possible to recover my certification and transfer it to my personal Microsoft account, or associate it with my personal account in another way?

I would appreciate your help in recovering access to my certification and ensuring that I can continue to manage and renew it using my personal account.
