If the usual command prompt methods to fix the Store app are not resolving the problem, the best option to resolve the errors in the Store app and Windows security is to open the Settings App.
Go to System - Recovery.
Click the 'Reinstall Now' button in the 'Fix problems with Windows Updates' section, then wait for that process to complete.
This process does not affect your files, settings or installed updates.
