How can I heal my PC? | Performance=****

I am a normal PC user born before Y2K. I just wanna use my PC in peace without having it rev up like a hypersonic jet at take-off on start-up. I don't want it to idle at 10GB.

Is there some kind of button that just turns off and uninstalls all the Microslop Cancer? Recall, Click to do, Recall (Preview), Resume... and how many other more I don't even know about yet.

I appreciate what you are trying to do... but there's people who know how to use a computer and like to actually get work done on it, or use the resources they bought with their hard cash. I spend hard cash to by physical cache, so I'd like that to be available for my actual work thank you very much.

I a RAM-Crisis its unreasonable to ship a product to users like that.

How is it I even have to search for all the slop you put and auto-start on my system. If you are gonna treat users like that at least make it easy for them to see all this stuff in one list so they at least know what they need to all uninstall and remove somehow.

    Well! The fact of the matter is that Microsoft does not provide a single official "purge all" button. However you can clean up the clutter, stop the background resource hogs, and view every auto-start entry in a single list using built-in tools.

    To have a "Single List" view for auto-start apps, you can use task manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc and select Startup apps. Sort by Status (Enabled) to disable unnecessary third-party and Microsoft startup apps.

    On the other hand, you can use Autoruns which is official Microsoft sysinternals tool. It gives you an exhaustive, single-list view of every executable, service, scheduled task, and browser extension set to run on boot. It also has “Hide Signed Microsoft Entries”, which lets you immediately concentrate on third-party stuff.     Regarding the Recall and Click to Do. You can turn it off by going to Settings > Privacy & security > Recall & snapshots and toggle Recall Off. If you want to uninstall them. Navigating to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, search for any unnecessary apps (Recall), click it, and select Uninstall.
