how can i install or delete wmc.exe keeps popping up all the time

    Hi Carol, wmc.exe is reported to be the old Windows Media Center app.

    Open the old Control Panel.

    Set View at the top of the old Control Panel to large icons.

    Open the Programs and Features applet.

    On the left click 'Turn Windows Features on or off.

    In the resulting list, expand the 'Media Features' section.

    If you find 'Windows Media Center' in there, un-check it and apply that setting.

    Then restart (not shut down) your PC to apply the change.
