Founders Hub Verification Failed + Portal Redirect Loop Blocking Support Ticket

Hello Microsoft for Startups / Azure Startups team,

I'm reaching out because I'm stuck on two connected issues and have no working way to reach support.

  1. Verification Failed

My startup's verification on Founders Hub failed, even though we meet the eligibility requirements. We have:

  • A valid Udyam (MSME) registration
  • A valid GST registration
  • An active company website on our own domain

All details submitted match our official records exactly, so I'd like to request a manual review of the verification, or clarification on what specifically caused it to fail.

  1. Cannot Submit a Support Ticket – Portal Redirect Loop

Every time I try to go to the Founders Hub portal (foundershub.startups.microsoft.com) to raise a support ticket, I get redirected to the Azure portal instead, where there is no option to submit a Founders Hub / startup verification support request. I've tried:

  • Clearing cache and using incognito/different browsers
  • Signing out of all Microsoft accounts and retrying
  • Going directly to the signup page with drawer_open=true

None of these let me reach a working support ticket form – I keep landing back on Azure.

Could someone from the team please:

  • Manually review our verification (Udyam + GST + website details can be provided)
  • Advise why the portal keeps redirecting to Azure instead of showing support options
  • Point me to a working channel to escalate this if the portal issue is on Microsoft's end

Happy to share our Udyam certificate, GST certificate, and website link here or via a DM/ticket once one is available.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi @Devansh Yadav

First, the redirect, because that one's eating your time for nothing. It's not your browser, so you can stop clearing caches. foundershub.startups.microsoft.com is the old portal. The program changed in 2026, and your experience now depends on when you joined, with accounts that joined after May 29, 2026 not in Founders Hub at all; their whole program experience runs through the Azure portal instead. So when you sign in, Microsoft looks at your account, sees it belongs to the current program, and bounces you to Azure. That's by design for your account, which is why incognito, signing out, and drawer_open=true changed nothing. There is no Founders Hub support form behind that redirect for you.

The channel you're actually looking for is the startups support form at https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/support-form. It goes to the Microsoft for Startups team directly, which is a separate team from Azure support, and that's exactly why the Azure portal shows you no startup option. If you can sign in to portal.startups.microsoft.com itself, there's also a "?" icon in the top right with Submit a Support Ticket.

Now, the verification itself. In the current program, you can't resubmit it yourself; verification is one shot, so a manual review by the team is the correct path and honestly the only one. When you fill in the form, put everything in a single message: the legal name exactly as it appears on your Udyam and GST records, both certificates attached, your GSTIN, the website, and the email you signed up with. The usual reasons the automated check fails even when a business is perfectly legitimate are small ones. The name or address typed into the application doesn't match the registry character for character, the website doesn't clearly show the same company name, or the automated system just doesn't handle a local registry like Udyam well. A manual review with documents in hand is exactly what fixes all three, so your instinct here is right.

One more thing in your favor: this thread itself is a channel. Moderators regularly pick up startup verification posts from Q&A and escalate them, and they'll request your details through a private message. So don't post the Udyam or GST certificates publicly; keep them for the support form or the DM.

And a small housekeeping note: you left "[Your Name]" and "[Startup Name]" placeholders at the bottom of your post, worth editing those before someone picks it up.
