If the Learn records are missing after account access was restored, the supported checks are:
- Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile and verify the expected sections:
- Transcript for training and credential completion history
- Credentials for certifications and Applied Skills
- Achievements for badges, trophies, and XP
- Confirm the correct login account is being used. Missing credentials commonly happen when the exam or training was completed under a different Learn profile or a different sign-in account. Try signing in with any other Microsoft personal account or work/school account that may have been used previously.
- Review whether the missing item is a certification/exam or a Learn achievement:
- Certifications and exams appear under Credentials.
- Badges, trophies, and XP appear under Achievements.
- Training completion history appears under Transcript.
- If access to the original Learn login account was lost and no alternate account had been added to the Learn profile, loss of access to that profile and its data can occur.
- For a personal Microsoft account, account recovery is only available through Microsoft account self-service.
- Microsoft Credentials Support cannot recover personal Microsoft accounts and cannot transfer or restore the contents of a Learn profile that is no longer accessible.
- For a work or school account, account recovery must be handled by the organization’s IT administrator.
- If the records still do not appear, use Microsoft Credentials Support for missing credentials.
- If the issue is specifically with module completion, sandbox activity, knowledge checks, or module pages not loading/completing, report it through the Microsoft Learn troubleshooting page.
