How to fix "There was a problem fetching add-ins information"

When I click on Add-ins from the home screen excel a pop up window loads with "search add-ins" at the top then the message "There was a problem fetching add-ins information".

    Hello

    I have the same issue on my personal account with Microsoft 365 personal subscription.

    I am seeing an increasing number of users asking the same on this forum.

    I am afraid this is something on Microsoft's side, although no official information about this at the moment, but I don't think there's anything you can fix on your end.
