I completed the AI-103 – Developing AI Apps and Agents on Azure exam through Pearson VUE on September 17, 2026, and I received a passing result.

After completing the exam, I contacted Pearson VUE regarding my certification not appearing in Microsoft Learn. They advised me to wait for 24 hours and, if the issue continued, contact Microsoft Learning/Credentials Support.

I have now waited more than 24 hours, but I still have not received the Microsoft certification/congratulations email, and the certification is also not appearing in my Microsoft Learn profile.

Earlier, I was able to see AI-103 in my Microsoft Learn profile as “Upcoming Soon.” However, after the afternoon of September 17, the AI-103 entry also disappeared from my portal.

I have checked my Microsoft Learn profile again after waiting 24 hours, but the certification is still not visible.
