Dear
I would like to know how to desactivate the meeting duration shown on the top left corner when meeting has started?
Thanks for your help

No, there is currently no setting in Teams to disable or hide the built-in meeting duration/elapsed time shown at the top-left of the meeting window.
For the normal elapsed meeting duration, the only option would be to submit feedback to Microsoft through Teams: Settings and more > Help > Give feedback.
