Spectrum email still not working in Outlook Classic.

Microsoft says the problem is Spectrum. Spectrum says they don't support third party and it is not their problem. Over the last several weeks, emails have not loaded and will not send via Outlook. Error 0x800CCC0E: "Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders. Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this error, contact network administrator or internet service provider."

I don't have a network administrator and Charter/Spectrum refuses to help. Settings are correct. I have deleted and reloaded the account numerous times. It might work for a day or two and then it is gone again. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Debra

"James M" is employee from Spectrum, not from Microsoft.

As of Sept 10th, looks like he posted update that Spectrum is still working on it. So, it IS a Spectrum issue, and they didn't deny it.

This is what they posted on their community https://community.spectrum.net/discussion/179668/outlook-emails-continue-not-to-download-due-to-error-0x800cccc0e-any-updates-on-fix

All of the above have been tried/verified. I should add that I am also unable to send and receive via the Outlook app on my phone. That dumped me out, is now asking for a password, won't accept it (and it is correct), and I can't get back into it on my phone.
