Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi IWIRE2,
Good day. Check first where your contact was saved, if you have already added the contact but still doesn't show in your Outlook.
- Open Outlook and go to People/Contacts.
- Check the account or contact list you're viewing. If you have more than one Microsoft account added, make sure you're looking at the same account where you created the contact.
- If you're using New Outlook, try opening Outlook on the web and sign in with the same account. Go to People > Contacts and check if the new contact appears there.
- If the contact appears on the web but not in Outlook, the issue is likely with the Outlook app's sync. In that case, close and reopen Outlook and check again.
If the contact still doesn't appear on the web too, update this post. Update also on what Outlook you are using, New Outlook or Classic Outlook, and if it is a personal Outlook.com account of a Microsoft 365 work/school account.
Regards,
Jhun
