My outlook account was hacked

Recently I was victim of a hack from somewhere and lost access to my e-mail account (I am writing this from another).

I have tried both recomended recovery methods and neither worked. I am at my last straws here because a lot of my things are linked to that account and i am not in a possition where i can afford to lose it.
