Good afternoon,

I have an issue with my Microsoft Learn account, it seems like all my data has disappeared one day to another. Yesterday I could see everything but today I can't find anything (Badges, Progress, Trophies, Certificates, etc.). Everything is reset to 0. I need some help to get my account back.

Check your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab ensuring you are signed into Microsoft Learn with the correct email address

If Microsoft Learn suddenly shows everything as 0, use this checklist:

    1. Confirm the correct Learn profile is being used
      • Sign in with any other Microsoft accounts that may have been used for Learn or exam registration.
      • Missing badges, progress, trophies, exams, or certifications can happen when multiple Learn profiles exist under different login accounts.
      • If certifications were earned, the contact email on the profile is not always the same as the login account used to sign in.
    2. Check the Learn profile settings
      • Open Learn profile settings and verify the profile details, including Username and URL.
      • In Account Management, check which accounts are attached to the profile.
      • If possible, ensure at least one personal Microsoft account (MSA) is attached so access is not lost if a work account changes.
    3. Try browser troubleshooting
      • Open Microsoft Learn in a private/incognito window and sign in again.
      • If the issue continues, clear the browser cache/cookies and try again.
      • Microsoft Learn troubleshooting guidance recommends private browsing for sign-in and profile-related issues.
    4. Allow time for progress display issues
      • If only progress appears missing, refresh the page after a few seconds because progress can take time to register.
    5. If certifications or exams are missing
      • Review whether the expected credential was actually earned.
      • If the profile is still empty after checking all possible login accounts, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for additional help with missing credentials.
    6. If access to the original account was lost
      • If the Learn profile was tied only to a personal Microsoft account and access to that account is lost, recovery must go through Microsoft account self-service.
      • Microsoft Credentials Support cannot recover personal Microsoft accounts or restore the contents of an inaccessible Learn profile.
      • If the missing profile was tied to a work or school account, account recovery must be handled by the workplace or school IT administrator.

There is also a reported case indicating an empty profile can be caused by a temporary service issue. If the profile was visible yesterday and is empty today, and the account/sign-in checks above do not resolve it, support is the next step.
