Can you please show me how you would add an image to your email signature from your desktop, not an online image but one that you have created and saved on your computer? Thanks!

    You use New Outlook, right?

If so, click on the Settings icon on upper right. then go to Accounts > Signatures.

The Edit signature box will come up.

You will then click on the "Insert" tab, you need to make sure you click on the edit box first, otherwise the Pictures icon will be grayed out and not clickable.

Then you click on the Pictures icon and it will give you option to find the file to insert.

Once inserted, you can drag it to resize it, add texts, And give the signature a name and save it.

    For new Outlook for Windows:

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Go to Accounts > Signatures.
    4. If more than one account is added, select the account that should use the signature.
    5. Select Add signature, then enter a name for it.
    6. In the signature editing box, type the signature text.
    7. To add an image saved on the computer, use the editor’s image insert option and choose the image file from the desktop or another local folder.
    8. Format the signature as needed.
    9. Use the checkboxes at the bottom to choose whether the signature is added to new messages and replies/forwards.
    10. Select Save.

If the image is already saved on the desktop, selecting it from the local file picker adds it from the computer rather than from an online source.

If using classic Outlook for Windows instead:

    1. Open a new email message.
    2. Select Signature > Signatures.
    3. In Select signature to edit, choose the signature.
    4. Select the Image button.
    5. Locate the image file on the computer and select Insert.
    6. To resize it, right-click the image, choose Picture, then use the Size tab. Keep Lock aspect ratio selected to preserve proportions.
    7. Select OK, then OK again to save.

For best results, insert the picture from a local file on the computer instead of using copied content or markup-based image methods.
