I completed all of the requirements for the Microsoft Certified: AI Transformation Leader certification. My manager has asked me for a copy of my certificate, but I have not been able to find anything to download and share. Is there something available that would fit this request?

You say that you have met all the requirements. Do that mean you have passed the AB-731 exam?

If so, the certifications can be found on Microsoft Learn under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

You can no longer download certificates, you need to view, print, and save as PDF https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate

For a Microsoft certification, the certificate is accessed from the Certification Dashboard or from the Credentials area in the Microsoft Learn profile.

For Microsoft Certified: AI Transformation Leader, use this path:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Learn profile and open Credentials.
    2. Select the Certifications tab.
    3. Open View certification details for the certification.
    4. From the Certification Dashboard, use View Certificates to view the certificate.
    5. The certificate can be downloaded, or it can be viewed/printed and saved as PDF.

If a certificate is not visible yet, one documented reason is that certifications requiring two or more exams do not show a certificate until the final exam is passed.

If the certification record is present but the certificate still cannot be found or downloaded, use Certification support.
