Outlook search function broken only one specific email

My outlook email search function is resulting in "your request can't be completed right now" whenever i attempt to search for an email and nothing else. I've already attempted to fix it by using a different browser, clearing cache, using incog, killing my browser and re logging, trying with another device and all these things the issue still remains. The issue seems tied to just this email account as my other ones work fine, I'm just wondering now if there's more i can do or is this just a bug related to outlook as for right now.

    I’m sorry to hear that Outlook search is still not working despite the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.

    To help narrow this down, could you please confirm whether the affected account is a personal Outlook.com account or a Microsoft 365 work or school account? Also, does the message appear with every search term, or only when you search for one particular email?
