Need my chats to be functional again, please

Suddenly, I keep getting "Sorry, it looks like I need to chat about something else. Click “New topic,” please!" and "Oops, I think we've reached the end of this conversation. Click “New topic,” if you would!". My writing/narration is important...Will this be restored soon? Haven't been able to access them for just over 2 days. Thank you very much.
