I've received this message all day today -- I'm sorry, I'm having trouble responding to requests right now. Let's try this again in a bit.

I've received it on my chrome and safari browser on my macbook as well as the app on my macbook and my iphone.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Restart the app or refresh the web page. On Mac, quit Copilot completely and reopen it. In the browser, refresh the page.
    2. Check that the same account is signed in everywhere. If content or behavior differs between devices, confirm the same personal Microsoft account, Google sign-in, or Apple sign-in is being used consistently.
    3. Enable third-party cookies in the browser. For Copilot web apps:
      • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > ensure Allow third-party cookies is selected.
      • Safari on macOS: Safari > Settings... > Privacy tab > ensure Prevent cross-site tracking is unchecked. Then open Advanced and ensure Allow-privacy-preserving measurement of ad effectiveness and Block all cookies are unchecked.
    4. Try again later. Some Copilot issues are temporary service-side capacity or backend problems. One documented response is: “Sorry, Copilot is at capacity and temporarily unavailable — please try again in a little while.”
    5. If using Dynamics 365 Sales Copilot, check admin configuration. Common causes include a failed initial publish of the Copilot agent or data loss prevention policies blocking Microsoft Dataverse or Direct Line channels in Copilot Studio.
    6. If the problem continues:
      • Home users: contact Support.
      • Business users: check with the Microsoft 365 admin to confirm Copilot is assigned correctly, and the admin can contact Microsoft support if needed.

The service should be working again.
