Hi, I want to sign my outlook mail in the iphone mail app so that I don't have to download Outlook app separately. My outlook mail was a school mail so they said I cannot create a microsoft account by using school/business mail, therefore I cannot log in with my Outlook provided mail. How to fix this?

    Hi NGUYỄN ANH THƯ LQT53E1,

    Thank you for reaching out.

You do not need to create a separate personal Microsoft account to use your school-provided Outlook email in the iPhone Mail app. Your school email is already set up as a work or school account managed by your school.

To sign into the Mail app, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Settings, then tap Apps.

Mail Accounts settings screen in iOS, a step in adding an email account.

    1. Tap Mail, then tap Mail Accounts.
    2. Tap Add Account, then enter your email address. Choose Microsoft Exchage as your email provider from the list.
    3. Follow the prompts and enter your email address and password.
    4. If you see Next, tap Next and wait for Mail to verify your account.
    5. If you see Save, tap Save.

I hope everything gets sorted out soon. Please keep me posted on any updates.
