I retired in May and was rehired in July. My school email account is working, but my Microsoft 365 desktop license expired. I contacted my Mesquite ISD IT department but they said it should be able to work fine. I can sign in on the Microsoft 365 site and use it but on my Word and Excel on my computer it still says: Action Needed: Your school account is no longer active. Maybe signing out of your Office apps and then signing back in will work. If not, you will have to talk to your employer's IT department again.
