I understand how concerning it must be to discover that 5,265 points are missing, especially if someone else accessed your Microsoft account.

Please secure the account first by running a full malware scan on your device, changing your Microsoft account password, and reviewing the account’s recent sign-in activity and security information. If you have trouble accessing or securing the account, use Microsoft’s Sign-in Helper.

Next, check your Microsoft Rewards order history to see whether the missing points were used for a redemption you do not recognize. Take screenshots of any unfamiliar order details, but make sure to hide your email address, redemption codes, phone number, and other personal information before sharing anything publicly.

Because this is a user-to-user forum, I cannot access your account, investigate the redemption, or restore the points. Please submit the case directly to Microsoft Rewards Support through the contact option provided on the Microsoft Rewards support page. Include the missing amount and details of any unauthorized order you find. The Rewards team will need to review the account and determine whether the points can be restored.
