Since Excel shows "Not Activated," this looks like an Office activation issue.
- Was Microsoft 365 or Office purchased directly from Microsoft, or through Apple/App Store?
- Please sign in here with the account you believe owns Office: https://account.microsoft.com/services Does it show an active Microsoft 365 subscription or Office license?
If it does, open Excel and sign in using that same Microsoft account to activate it.
If it still shows "Not Activated," please let me know the exact error message or code you get when you try to sign in.
