When I log in to my office 365 account it says that I am already logged in within the organisation as i was previously logged in with another login which no longer exists. Can you help me to clear the background data that is making the system thing it is already logged in

    1. Create a separate browser profile
    • Open your browser browser.
    • Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
    • Select Set up a new profile.
    • Sign in using your current Microsoft 365 work account.
    • In the new profile window, visit https://www.office.com and try signing in again.
    1. Remove the old account from Windows
    • Go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school.
    • If the previous organization account is still listed, select it and choose Disconnect. Please only remove the old account that is no longer in use.
    1. Clear cached credentials:
    • Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials
    • Under the section Generic Credentials, look for any entries that has Outlook, Office or having your email address in the name and remove them.
