Outlook for Mac updated, now is completely empty and offline

The app store showed it had an update available for outlook, which is pretty normal and happened before, so naturally I gave the permission to update.

What happened next was something that never did before, my outlook is completely empty, I had maybe 4 email accounts added, and when I opened outlook it had nothing on it, it looked like I had just downloaded the app for the very 1st time. It also shows that is working offline.

Both things never happened before.

Same for me. Updated to iOS 27 and suddenly my outlook which had 5 accounts was wiped and it's asking me to Go Online to activate 365.

In my case I did not updated my macbook to IOS27 yet ( it is actually downloading right now as am I writing this) but the actual outlook for mac app did in fact updated and as soon as I opened it was wiped, zero content, offline.

Let's see what they come back with. It's possible the update to the Outlook for Mac caused it for me, too. I just didn't realise it.

Same here. On MacOS 26.4.1. I tried everything, even the office-reset (which means I'll have to sign in to everything and set things up how I like it again now) but doesn't even work with one account.

Must be a bad update. Completely bricked.
