I am a new Azure customer and have never previously had an Azure subscription or Azure free trial. I am receiving ‘You're not eligible for an Azure free account’ during signup. My payment card was accepted for verification. Please review my account eligibility.

    please take a look here: You see the message 'You are not eligible for an Azure subscription'

    To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.
