I have a Microsoft 365 subscription on my Mac. Word shows that my Microsoft 365 subscription is activated, but PowerPoint says “Licence: Not Activated” and asks me to activate Microsoft 365. I have had repeated problems with Microsoft 365 asking me to reactivate/register. Word is version 16.112.4 but PowerPoint is version 16.80. Can you help me correct the installation and licensing so that all my Microsoft 365 applications remain activated?

The best first option is to use the steps on this link to remove the Office licence, then restart your Apple Mac device and log back into the Office apps.

If that does not resolve the problem, download the the latest version of the Office Updater Tool from this link and use that to update your Office apps.
