Hello,

I have to provide documentation for a Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate (Excel and Excel 2019) exam that I took and passed in September 2022. I have my credential ID, and was able to see the badge and verification on Credly, however the certification is missing from my Microsoft Learn profile. How do I retrieve it?

    Testing at Certiport Exams and Certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile. Until further notice, you will need to manage and share any Certiport credentials separately through your Certiport user account.
