    Hello @Sophia Chavez

In this situation, please try with your inPrivate window (for Edge) or incognito window (for Chrome) to sign in to your admin account. If this is the case, please contact another IT administrator in your organization and ask them to reset your MFA authentication methods, revoke your active sessions and unblock your account from the Microsoft Entra admin center. For guidance, they can refer to those articles:

In case you are the only user or there is no other admin, you will need to contact the Microsoft Support Data Protection team to have your MFA reset. Please locate the appropriate Microsoft support hotline for work account and contact the frontline support team so they can raise a ticket on your behalf: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Only Data Protection team can help you to revoke the session and reset your password, account, MFA...

Data Protection Team will first verify your ownership of the account and revoke your MFA once confirmed. After that, you can set up the Microsoft Authenticator app again on your new device.

Here are some tips and an example of a prompt to help you navigate the IVR more effectively:

(While calling, you can ignore the 30-second introduction that says "you can visit the link..." and wait until you are presented with the options. Press "1" as a business email user, and again "1" for technical help.)

In some regions, the initial interaction may be automated, here’s a general idea of how the conversation might go to help you prepare:

    • What kind of problem are you experiencing?
    • Answer: Authenticator
    • What products do you use?
    • Answer: Office 365 for business
    • Is this for an education or company account?
    • Answer: For companies
    • Are you an administrator?
    • Answer: Yes
    • Are there any other administrators in your organization?
    • Answer: No. I am the only admin in my tenant
    • Do you need a... Service request?
    • Answer: Yes. I need to create a ticket. Please send me direct to the Data Protection Teams.

Feel free to let me know if there are any updates or if you have further questions regarding this issue.

For a Microsoft 365 business invoice with an outstanding balance, use the admin center payment flow:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. If using Simplified view, select Subscriptions > View invoices. If using Dashboard view, go to Billing > Bills & payments.
    3. Select the invoice.
    4. If a payment method was declined, select Pay your balance.
    5. Select Next.
    6. Choose one of these options, then select Next:
      • try the same payment method again
      • use another payment method
      • add a new payment method
    7. Complete the payment steps, then select Review and pay balance.
    8. After updating payment method information, select Save.

If the sign-in or payment page keeps looping, Microsoft’s Azure billing troubleshooting guidance for payment-method pages is to:

    1. Sign out of all active sessions.
    2. Open an InPrivate session in Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer.
    3. Try the payment or payment-method update again.
    4. If needed, also try:
      • refreshing the browser
      • using another browser
      • deleting cached cookies

If the invoice is shown as Locked and the portal says it can’t be paid there, create a billing support request from the Azure portal. The accepted guidance in similar cases is that billing support can help with locked invoices.
