Can't get my Microsoft 365 back

My computer was wiped and I lost Microsoft365. I have a family subscription at $179 which is up to date.

I can't get my account to reinstall Microsoft365. There is no human to talk to to help me. I am totally frustrated I can't get M365 back! Please help me.

    When you first activated Microsoft 365 that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online and it is from there that you can re-install Office without the need for a product key:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    Do you find your Microsoft 365 subscription listed there, and if so, are you able to reinstall Microsoft 365 from there.

    This is going around in circles, no one is helping me. I have Microsoft365, have paid subscription. I can't reinstall it. What are the options?
