I have a Windows 11 25H2 machine Gigabyte X470 gaming wifi7 that worked fine (with secure boot and fTMP enabled).
Had No problems so far since windows 11 was installed on my pc (1 year approx)Before yesterday new windows updates. The next morning during start of the pc I see the blue screen winload.efi 0xc00000e9 appearing. I could only get a startup to windows 11 after setting fTMP disabled in the bios.
So, UEFI mode Secure boot enabled and TMP disabled is the only setting in the bios that i can boot to windows 11.
What happend?
I think the best option may be to contact Gigabyte support, there may be some other setting in your BIOS that needs to be enabled or changed, if not, if resetting TPM keys and Secure Boot keys does not resolve the problem, you may need to backup your files and clean install Windows with TPM enabled in BIOS
A clean installation is perhaps the solution with lot lot of work installing all my programs and applications. But I have no windows 11 dvd because my copy of windows 11 was a free update from a purchased Windows 10.

You indicated you created a USB previously, did you sue the official Media Creation Tool on the second section of the link below to create that bootable USB, if so, that can be used to clean install Windows.

In that case, you should be able to reinstall Windows 11 using that bootable USB, to boot from the USB on your motherboard, I think you need to repeatedly tap the F12 key as soon as you see the Gigabyte logo on startup.
I made a USB stick with Windows 11 recovery environment on it.
Booting with this stick gave the same blue screen

There was a bios update available from 14-04-2026 and I flashed my bios with this update but no result
If you have installed that BIOS update and that did not resolve the problem, try resetting TPM Keys and Secure Boot keys in your BIOS, and please backup your files before performing those steps.

Most likely, there was a firmware update installed on your PC with the update, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website to check if there is any BIOS update available that may need to be installed.

If that does not resolve the problem, boot your system into BIOS, find the TPM settings, and there should be an option to reset TPM keys to factory keys, before doing that, it is best to backup your files to ensure against data loss.
