Unable to reschedule AI-900 exam – Claim deadline passed (Aug 18), but completion window is Oct 18

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I need assistance rescheduling my upcoming certification exam.

Exam: AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals - English (ENU)

Voucher Source: AI Skills Fest

Voucher Terms: Booking deadline was August 18; Exam completion deadline is October 18.

Issue Description:

When I attempt to reschedule my appointment to a new date before the October 18 completion deadline, the Pearson VUE checkout portal displays a "Voucher Expired" error because the initial August 18 claim date has passed.

I contacted Pearson VUE customer support directly, and their representative stated they cannot manually override Microsoft voucher validation rules and redirected me to Microsoft Credentials Support to handle the reschedule/voucher update.

Could an agent please initiate a secure Private Message with me so I can provide my MCID, Learn profile details, Pearson VUE Case ID, and preferred rescheduled date?
