Startups: Companies that are in their initial stages of business and typically developing a business model and seeking financing.
Hi Robert,
The Already redeemed message does not necessarily mean an active Azure subscription still exists. Microsoft says it can appear when the Microsoft account has previously redeemed Azure credits through another program. If those credits are no longer active, Program Support can review the entitlement and help with activation.
Since your previous Azure trial was deleted, I would check Cost Management + Billing > Payment methods first to make sure there isn't an existing sponsorship/credit entitlement still attached to the account. Microsoft notes that credits can also take some time to appear after activation.
If it still says Already redeemed, this is an account/benefit entitlement issue, not something you can normally fix by creating another subscription.
The current Microsoft guidance is to contact Microsoft for Startups Program Support through the Azure Portal. Their documentation specifically lists credit activation, entitlement corrections, and benefit redemption issues as cases they handle.
Since you don't see Your Microsoft Team > Get program support, mention that explicitly in the request and provide the old subscription details, approximate deletion date, and a screenshot of the Already redeemed message.
