You can't redem a gift card without a phone.

You can redem points for funds like save the chilldren or go in draws for things

When you said "without a phone", do you mean you don't have a phone at all, or do you mean Microsoft won't allow you to add a phone number to your account?

With the latter scenario,

For personal Microsoft accounts, Microsoft now says you can no longer add a phone number as a new security method. This method is being phased out. See official document here.

A phone-free redemption option is not documented for Microsoft Rewards gift card redemption.

Supported verification for redeeming Rewards requires either:

a mobile or landline phone number
a non-VoIP number
in some cases, Microsoft Authenticator app verification may be available

What is supported:

Check the available reward on the Redeem page, because offers vary by country/region.
Make sure redemption is being done in the same region where the Rewards account was created.
Do not use a VPN or proxy while redeeming.
If phone verification fails, confirm the code is correct and wait 48 hours after too many failed attempts.
If the phone number was already used on multiple Rewards accounts, use a different number. There is a maximum of 6 accounts per household associated with one phone number.
If the account is being offered app-based verification, add Microsoft Authenticator in Microsoft account security settings and try redeeming again.
If no supported verification method is available, contact Microsoft Rewards Support.

For gift cards or codes already obtained, redemption to a Microsoft account can be done at https://redeem.microsoft.com by entering the 25-character code.
